ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:
  • Sick Pay/Short-Term Disability
  • Vacation:
    Up to four weeks based on length of service.
  • Holidays:
    Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. provides six paid holidays, plus an additional three days to be used as floating holidays.
  • Educational Assistance:
    Eligible expenses may be reimbursed for coursework related to obtaining an associate, bachelors or graduate degree at an accredited school. Reimbursement may also be obtained for coursework directly related to an employee's job in the Company.
  • Adoption Assistance:
    Through the Adoption Assistance Program, an employee can be reimbursed for up to $4,000 of eligible expenses directly related to the adoption of a child under the age of 18.
  • Employee Assistance Program
