| Position Highlights | Please note: Information about the review timeline for applications has been added to the Position Highlights. This posting is for a summer research position. The selected applicant will conduct a summer research project related to the development of optical/UV astronomical instrumentation and the observational properties of ionized gas around nearby galaxies. The purpose of this position is to constitute an introductory experience to astronomical data collection/analysis, hands on laboratory experience, and/or software/GUI experience. The focus will be on working with and analyzing research data.
