About this role:

Our Child/Youth Case Manager works with children and youth in the community, engaging them in the creation of their own service plan and goals, providing social skills and behavior management support/education, and advocating/ linking them to additional community supports. You will meet with your clients and families in their homes, in the community and in the office, to support their progress and assess needs to adjust the treatment plan as necessary.

Perks of this role:

  • $35,000-$45,000/year (additional pay if bi-lingual)
  • $750 Sign-on Bonus
  • Monday-Friday with flexible full-time schedule
  • Opportunity to earn up to an additional $4800 per year

What were looking for:

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in a related field (Psychology, Social Work, etc)
  • CPR/First Aid
  • Valid AZ Drivers license without restrictions, current auto insurance, and possess own transportation
  • Eligible for fingerprint clearance approval without restrictions throughout employment

Preferred but not required:

  • Experience in Case Management
  • Experience in Behavioral Health
  • Bi-lingual: English/Spanish
