Support delivering Modular's Performance Assurance (PA) process including coordinating Modular resources and data gathering, analysis and reporting using the knowledge of Production Scheduling and Optimization; Mining Equipment and Operation Cost Evaluation; and Haulage Production Planning, Simulation and Analysis. Develop, track, and report on customer improvement plans using the knowledge of Production Scheduling and Optimization; Mining Equipment and Operation Cost Evaluation; and Haulage Production Planning, Simulation and Analysis. Maintain up-to-date Modular product knowledge, including known issues and conduct regular reviews of the customer JoiFUL logs with the customer and required Modular resources using the knowledge of Production Scheduling and Optimization;
