We are in search of an experienced Accounting Clerk at the Four Points Tucson Airport. This position will support the property operations team by processing all accounting related functions in a smooth and efficient manner. And as part of the property team you will help us "craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns" ! Responsibilities include:

Ensure daily financial reporting is accurate and completed timely

Coordinate Accounts Payable process

Ensure checkbooks are in process weekly with department leaders

Partner with Front Office Management to ensure timely billing of A/R

Assist department leaders in timecard compliance for bi-weekly payroll processing

Lead efforts in compliance for all brand, company, state and federal training and compliance measures.

Experience And Education:

Hotel experience, preferably within Accounting or Finance work experience

Excellent Guest Service, Computer and Communication Skills are required via verbal, written and electronic means.
