Do you have an eye for detail and the ability to create comfortable cabins, from luxurious first class to economy seating. You will prepare all necessary documents to support the interior and structural modification ofaircraft such as detail, assembly and installation drawings, specification documents and substantiation reports.Coordinate with outside suppliers, internal departments and regulatory agencies regarding the design, installation, integration, and certification of new interior components to support floorplan modifications. You are proficient creating mechanical drawings using AutoCad or CATIA. You will have a working knowledge of applicable regulatory certification rules (FAA, EASA, TCCA). You will be proficient with MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).You will hold a Bachelor of Science Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent with two (2) years relevant experience or will have a minimum of eight (8) years of practical mechanical design experience in aviation. Per US ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) Requirements, must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder).
